The location in a nice quiet area was stunning and amazing and there were the main shopping centre and a main shopping street nearby. The breakfast was very good: you could find coffee, tea, toast, cereals, and fruit.

Magnificent and stunning location minute walk from a bus station, easy to get around. Accommodating staff and attention to detail. Sensational and great breakfast with waffles, muffins and fruit.

Liked the place, had a really comfortable stay for my one night in Edinburgh attending a conference. It was in the central location to Playhouse theatre. All the dishes were delightful, nevertheless you can visit nearby The Cask & Barrel.
